Compassionate Home Care is excited to welcome Bridget to the team! Bridget worked as a CNA and Home Health Aid for two years, and her most recent work experience is as an English/Language Arts teacher for the past six years. Brieget enjoys making a practical difference in people’s lives. She finds it dignifying for both the receiver and the giver of the gift of time and energy. Bridget is an Acts of Service person, and she is fueled by human relationships. She was taught to lay down one’s life for another and to love others as yourself, and by providing quality homecare, she can be a light and a source of love and order for others. Bridget and her husband are expecting their first child in October of 2021. Her husband is a machinist and in the National Guard. In her spare time, Bridget enjoys being in a book club, trying new recipes, redoing furniture, sewing, gardening, writing, and walking in the woods. Bridget is a huge movie fan, and she cannot name just one favorite movie, but she watches Holocaust films, historical films, cartoons, royalty films, Cinderella stories, and a great range of others. Currently, she continues to rewatch The Giver. Bridget is excited to meet her clients and get to work.
