Compassionate Home Care welcomes Carmen to the caregiving team. Carmen has worked as a PCA for a youth with Downs Syndrome for four years, and for the past 12 years, she has worked as a middle school teacher. Carmen is joining the team to care for a family member. She enjoys the connection she makes with people, and knowing that she is helping them. She hopes to provide compassionate care to preserve the dignity and independence for the client. Carmen lives with her spouse and four children. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, doing house projects, going on walks to the park, and hanging out with her family. Her favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption.
