Mollie is the agency's Human Resource Specialist. She has been with Compassionate Home Care since January of 2019. Mollie’s main responsibilities recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new employees. Mollie conducts employee reviews as well as addresses employee concerns. She also works closely with the agency's mentors and mentees that are engaged in the mentorship program.

 

Mollie has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University. She has spent years in the home care field as a caregiver and homemaker in addition to working in marketing and office administration.

 

Mollie enjoys working in home care and feels her values align with CHC's as she knows that the work she does helps to keep clients in their homes for as long as possible.

 

Mollie is married and has a son named Walker. In her free time, Mollie enjoys; Yoga, softball, reading, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors.

Fun Fact about Mollie: She and her husband had a destination wedding and got married on the beach in Florida!
