Mollie is Compassionate Home Cares Human Resource Specialist. She has been with CHC since January of 2019. Mollie’s main responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training new employees. Mollie conducts employee reviews as well as addresses employee concerns. Mollie and her husband had a destination wedding and got married on the beach in Florida! They have a son named Walker. Mollie has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and has spent years in the home care field as a caregiver and  homemaker in addition to working in marketing and office administration. She enjoys working in home care and feels her values align with CHCs as she knows that the work she does helps to keep clients in their homes for as long as possible. In her free time, Mollie enjoys; Yoga, softball, reading, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors.
